By accessing or using the PixDance Progressive Web App ("the Service"), operated by PIXDANCE LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PixDance provides AI-powered content generation services, including but not limited to AI Dance (video motion transfer), Hero Portrait (image generation), and FaceSwap services.

3. User Accounts and Credits

• Registration: You may need to register an account to access certain features.
• Credits: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are virtual currency purchased to generate content.
• Non-Transferable: Credits have no monetary value outside of the Service and cannot be transferred.
• Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to bill you through a payment account linked to your account on the Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms.

4.2 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods and the substantial computing costs involved in AI generation, all purchases (including Credits) are final and non-refundable.

4.3 Exceptions: Refunds for unused credits may be granted at our sole discretion only in cases of verified technical failure of the Service that prevents content generation. Please contact support@pixdance.app for assistance.

5. User Conduct and AI Disclaimer

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit (NSFW) content.

AI Disclaimer: The content is generated by Artificial Intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy or realism of the output. Credits are deducted for the processing task, regardless of your subjective satisfaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixDance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
